Saved the best for last! This cable slouchy hat is my favorite of the 4 cable patterns…..and I can actually wear this style! Usually, I look silly in hats, but even I can pull this one off. I am definitely going to have to work on more slouchy hat patterns.
If you are looking for a matching scarf have a look at last week’s post which gives you the pattern for the scarf below.
This pattern makes a hat that is 20″ circumference and 8″ tall. It will fit at least up to a 22″ circumference (that is the size of my head). I prefer the hat to be made smaller. Personally, I find the fit to be better that way.
I am really enjoying working with the Caron Cakes, really vibrant colors and it has a nice soft feel. It’s a blended yarn, 80% acrylic, and 20% wool.
If you prefer a PDF copy you can purchase one in my Etsy store for $2.50 CAD.
